We'll tell you. About 30% of the briefs we receive end with us recommending a workflow change, a SaaS purchase, or simply hiring a person. The diagnostic memo is yours either way.

Do you sign DPAs, BAAs, or SOC 2?

Accepted Answer

Yes to all three. We're SOC 2 Type II, sign HIPAA BAAs for healthcare clients, and our standard MSA includes a DPA that maps cleanly to GDPR.
